Free Books and Other News

I've teamed up with some other authors recently to offer you some free book downloads. It's a huge list with pretty much everything from marines, firefighters, attorneys, cowboys, billionaires, and the list goes on. I personally have been going a little crazy with book buying. I've bought fourteen books this week. My eight year old daughter burst into tears last night when she caught me with yet another book package. She shares my passion for books. At first she said I already have enough books, and she only has a few. She didn't want me to buy any more books. I agreed not to buy anymore this week, and she started crying harder and said, "but you love buying books, and that will make you unhappy."

After some cuddles she concluded, "I don't want you to stop buying books, I'm just jealous."

You'll never guess where my daughter and I are going today. A new local bookshop opened recently, and I haven't had a chance to go check it out yet. So, we are going to make a mommy/daughter date of it and go check it out together.
